Psalm 34:15-22 KJV
Lahat tayo may kanya kanyang pinagdadaanan. Each of us have our own pain. I believe there is no such thing about more or lesser pain, because we cannot compare our pain from others. Our struggles are uniquely designed for us to mold us to to be someone God intends us to be. 
Sabi sa verse 19 ng Psalm 34 :
"Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all."
We may be facing difficulties right now, and I know some of us is on the verge of giving up, Look up! Always have faith! God will deliver us from whatever hardships we are in. I know it is hard, it is never easy to smile despite of all our problems. But try to loosen up! Yes, it's not easy, take baby steps. Step by step surrender everything to God. It's okay to cry, it's okay to feel vulnerable at times, but don't get stuck on grieving, always believe that even in the midst of trials the Lord will remain faithful to us, be comforted of His Grace and faithfulness sabi nga sa Romans 8: 28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Tiwala lang at tamang puso sa gawain, magkakaroon din ng mabuting outcome ang lahat, Smile! You are loved by our Father above, Jesus wants us to face our fears with our faith. Be comforted of the Lord's promises.
